Oops, they did it again: Zum dritten Mal wagen Wolfman aus Zürich einen Richtungswechsel. Nach dem sphärischen Debüt «Unified» (2013) und dem bedrohlich-düsteren Zweitling «Modern Age» (2016) kommt die EP «Sun Sun» als tanzbares, elektro-akustisches Statement daher: 5 Tracks ohne Schnickschnack, die Katerina Stoykova und Angelo Repetto wie zu Beginn ihres gemeinsamen Musikmachens live im Duo aufführen.
Nach außen spreizt die Materie ihre stählernen Glieder, schenkt der Hülle eine ausgefederte Mechanik. So liefert die Schweizer Elektropop Band Namaka eine anrüchige Symbiose zwischen analog und digital, feiert dreckige Grooves, wie auch eine Faszination für Sound und Farben.
Zu Sängerin Sophie Adams Einflüssen und Inspirationen zählt unter anderem die isländische Künstlerin Björk. Weibliche Ästhetik und rohe Mondlandschaften; dieses Erstlingswerk von Namanka öffnet neue Welten, in denen der Gesang eine goldene Linie führt.
Danach könnt ihr für 10 Franken an die Club Hardware im Saal weiter tanzen.
