ABORTED sind gemäss Rock Hard Magazine die Speerspitze des Death Metal. Ihr neues Album "Vault Of Horrors"" untermauert diese Stellung nochmals. Groove und Blastbeats in Vollendung. Auch live wissen die Belgier, nach mehreren hundert Shows, wo der Hammer hängt.
Das Echo des CRYPTA-Debüts hallt noch nach, auch weil die Brasilianerinnen auf Grund Pandemie bedingter Verzögerungen grade erst die zugehörige Tour abgeschlossen haben, da wirft bereits „Shades of Sorrow“ seine Schatten voraus. Und man muss ganz neidlos feststellen, dass die Band um die Ex-NERVOSA-Mitglieder Fernanda Lira (Gesang, Bass) und Luana Dametto (Drums) innerhalb von nur zwei Alben eine beeindruckende Entwicklung durchgemacht hat. „Shades of Sorrow“ stellt nämlich im Vergleich zum ohnehin schon sehr ordentlichen „Echoes Of The Soul“ eine Steigerung in fast allen Belangen dar.
