„Kids Will Unite“ Tour 2019
Die Songs von Leoniden sind ein irres Feuerwerk, die Band mischt Punk und Grunge kongenial mit Elementen aus Funk und Soul und entwickelt damit eine Dringlichkeit, der man sich einfach nicht entziehen kann – ganz gleich, ob der eigene Sound sonst eher Rap oder doch eher Techno ist. Auch nach einem kompletten Jahr im Fast-Forward-Modus macht sich bei Leoniden keine Müdigkeit breit. Neue Songs wurden geschrieben, aufgenommen und das zweite Album „Again“ steht für den 26.10.2018 in den Startlöchern. Mit den bereits erschienenen Singles „Kids“ und „River“ unterstreichen Leoniden ihren Ruf als eine der stilistisch vielseitigsten und versiertesten Indie-Bands Deutschlands und geben einen ersten Eindruck dessen, was mit „Again“ auf uns zukommt. Dass die Live-Energie von Leoniden einmalig und ansteckend ist, hat sich mittlerweile herumgesprochen – es lohnt sich, die Band jetzt noch live zu sehen bevor sie die grossen Bühnen der Welt erobern.
